    Tekzen opens Van’s first DIY store

    Turkey’s most popular national DIY store chain, Tekzen, opened its first store in the third largest city of Eastern Anatolia, Van. Tekzen offers diverse products in several groups from furniture to lighting, decoration to paint, and hand tools for living areas such as homes, offices and gardens; it offers its customers alternatives among which they can easily find the product they are looking for, and has taken a step within the 53rd province with its Van store. Located in Pisi Mall, Tekzen will meet the DIY store need of the area with its new store which has a sales area of 2500m2.

    The opening of the Van stores, Tekzen’s 106th store in Turkey, was made with the attendance of Van Governor İbrahim Taşyapan, Tuşba Mayor Assc. Prof. Dr. Fevzi Özgökçe, President of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce, Necdet Takva, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Industrial Park Zone Şemsettin Boz, Chairman of the Board of Directors of TEKZEN, Murat Gigin, Director of Installation of Stores, Hasan Şener Bilge, Director of Marketing, Mehmet Cem Kızılkaya, Director of Operations, Ekrem Erol, and Regional Director, Mehmet Seval.

     

    TEKZEN, which will celebrate its 20th year this year, continues its stable growth with new investments in the Eastern and Southeastern Anatolia regions, and will continue opening stores until the end of 2015. The 2015-end turnover target for TEKZEN, which has stores abroad in Romania, Cyprus and Northern Iraq, is 650 million TLs.
