The pioneer of the DIY store industry, Tekzen, opened its first store in Düzce on May 22. With Tekzen’s brand new store opened in Düzce, the number of its stores in 52 provinces of Turkey reached 103. The opening was attended by a crowded group of guests including Düzce Governor Ali Fidan, Mayor Mehmet Keleş, and Provincial Police Director İsmail Hakkı Akyüz.

This year Tekzen will celebrate its 20th year and it opened its first store in Düzce on May 22. So, Tekzen’s stores in Turkey reached 103 in number in 52 provinces. Tekzen’s new store was opened at Çoban region on D100 Road in Düzce, which has a sales area of 1255m2 in total. Tekzen is Turkey’s DIY store chain with the most widespread sales network with 200,000m2 of sales area in total.

Speaking at the opening of the store, Ali Fidan repeated that Tekzen was a brand known by everyone and that opening this type of store in Düzce would address a critical deficiency in Düzce. Director General of Tekzen, Onur Mertoğlu, gave some information on the company and the ribbon was cut.
